Enjoy a four-course, chef's dinner for up to 10 people with local chef, Ernie Mellor, of Hog Wild and a Moveable Feast Catering, which will be served right in the comfort of your own home. Ernie has been featured on "Chopped" and has also been the winner of the Memphis in May BBQ Contest. Over the last few decades, he has expanded his grilling skills to fine cuisine and he is known around town for serving everything from his famous bbq nachos to weddings and formal events. He even catered our Derby auction several years ago as well as many other events for us. He will prepare appetizers, a salad, an entree, and a dessert while you and your loved ones enjoy premier wine from the private collection of a generous, anonymous donor. Along with your beautiful meal and incredible wine, a floral plant centerpiece will be provided by florist Diane Chambliss. Dory is unique as the menu changes with the seasons, sometimes daily! Chef Dave served as sous chef at La Tourelle, Executive Chef at Madidi, and Executive Chef at Interim before opening Dory, the first tasting menu only restaurant in Memphis.
